PGA2311: The SPI cannot communicate properly

The development board of STM32F103 is used to control PGA2311, but the normal SPI communication cannot be carried out at present. Is it caused by the mismatch between the SPI level of MCU and that of PGA2311? I have shown the schematic diagram below, hoping you can help me to solve the problem.。

Hello， 5V SPI has no problem. What is SPI level of MCU? If it is also 5V , it has no problem that MCU SPI connected to PGA2311.

But the V- of your schematic isn't correct, I found it connect to GND, but the voltage range is -4.75V~-5.25V ,the typical voltage is -5V. So GND isn't allowed, please try to change it and confirm if it could work normally.

V- You're reading it wrong, minus 5V in the figure above. The SPI of MCU is 3.3V standard, but according to the manual of PGA2311, the logic high level can be higher than 2V, which should be compatible with the used MCU. Do you want to add a buffer drive or level conversion

The current SPI of PGA2311 is directly connected to the SPI of MCU

Yes， the SPI signal of PGA2311 is Vih(min)=2V, Vil(max)=0.8V.

What about SPI of MCU? If it meet the below two conditions, it could be connected directly.

1. The VOH of the driver must be greater than the VIH of the receiver.
2. The VOL of the driver must be less than the VIL of the receiver.

As you said, if SPI of MCU is compatible with the used MCU. You needn't add a buffer drive or level translation.
