1.加电后，处于保护，SD低电平，otw1 otw2 高电平
2.强行复位后有时能放出声音，但一会就保护了。

根据DS的描述
如果OTW，OTW1,OTW2都为高，说明芯片没有过温警告。不会是过热保护。
另外的可能是芯片过流或者是欠压保护。请确认几个问题，
1芯片上电出现保护，是否有输入信号？如果有，输入信号是多大，负载又是多大。
2芯片供电电压是多少？
3电路的原理图和PCB请上传
