TPA2011D1: A momentary short circuit cause IC broken down

你好，这个问题有什么进展吗？在demo板上，如果将输出的两端短路，也会发生烧毁芯片的现象吗？

1.已确认过是芯片损坏，周围器件正常。我们更换芯片后，可以正常输出。

2.我们连接方式如下图，不会有直流电压。

我们做过实验，在功放输出时，用镊子瞬间短接功放输出端，也会造成芯片烧毁。

另外我想请教一下，规格书上有短路保护功能，但是使用时确实存在短路但是未保护成功的。所以这个功放短路保护有效的条件是什么？

Is the output short circuit being tested with all the external components? (ferrites, capacitor, etc)
Perhaps the additional charge on components at the output of the amp discharge through the amplifier causing the damage?

The device protection should work to prevent damage on shorting the outputs of the amplifier to each other, to GND or VDD (5V).
