1. 请问用5V给NE555供电， 做一个PWM信号发生器，NE555输出信号的高电平是5V吗，还是3.3V.

看数据手册7.4Electrical Characteristics 表格，在5V供电时High-level output voltage典型值是3.3V。

看datasheet如下截图，CONT对地接电容可以提高性能，悬空的话应该也可以
我用Proteus 仿真结果输出是5V。不知道是不是模型不一样。
555是推挽输出，上管是达林顿双管，输出高电平时需要减去2个管子（约2*0.7V）的压降；另外模型并不能完全反应器件的实际性能
