图中J1是可变电阻，测量箭头指向的1处 的阻值，并是不50K，如果J1的阻值变化，1处的阻值也变化，这是什么原因呢？

您是测量的哪里的电阻？是1处对GND的电阻吗？您的可变电阻是怎样接的？1处对GND除了R1、R2还有其他对GND回路吗？
另外请注意下电阻需断电测量
又看了下，1处D2、R5、R6也是一个对GND回路，这可能是造成1处对GND电阻不是50K的原因；
如果J1的阻值变化，1处的阻值也变化，那可能J1可变电阻处有对GND回路。
555的TR引脚是比较器输入管脚，其输入阻抗很大的，应该不会对1处对GND电阻造成影响
