     是的，可以将两个数字电位器通道串联，以增加端到端的电阻。

     如果芯片没有ACK，请用示波器检查I2C时序。

The communication issue has been resolved. Regarding the control, I just need to control both the WA and WB registers simultaneously, right?

I set the values of both the WA and WB registers to 0. Theoretically, the resistance should be 0 ohms, but when we measured it with a multimeter, it was 19K ohms.Is there anything else that needs to be set up?

Thank you very much for your reply. All the issues have been resolved. It was caused by a problem with the IIC communication, where the WB register was written with abnormal data.
