ADS125H02: ADS125H02电源异常

我给ADS125H02施加的电源是DVDD=3.3V,AVDD=5V,结果发现DVDD变成了4.1V。这是为什么呢?我断开DVDD供电,单独测量为3.3V,供电正常,但一加到ADS125H02上,就变成了4.1V。我把AVDD不加电的话,DVDD为3.3V,正常。

    How are they powering HVDD and HVSS?

  • We designed ourself board. HVDD is powered with +13.5V。HVSS is powered with -13.5V。关键问题是AVDD为什么会倒灌到DVDD?器件本身就是这样吗?
