Our company has signed a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Texas Instruments. As confidential technical content is not allowed to be discussed on the public E2E forum, we would like to confirm whether subsequent technical communications can be carried out via private email.

We purchased an AFE2256EVM board. After reviewing the available documentation and PCB files, we have the following questions regarding the three LVDS channels. Could you please help confirm the following points?
- It appears that the LVDS routing crosses a split plane. Could you please explain the reason for this design choice? In general, crossing a split plane may affect impedance continuity and signal integrity.
- For the LVDS routing, which ground reference should be used: analog ground or digital ground?
- The PCB file provided by TI seems to be incomplete, and many traces appear to be unfinished. Could you please provide the final PCB file in AD18 format?
