这个是不是造成很大误差啊， 和adc1的 1nA不是一个量级啊。 adc1 不采用PGA这个数值，但是基本会采用PGA啊，
ADS1262的输入信号输入至ADS1262经过的功能块有Input Mux->PGA->Δ∑ADC1->Digital Filter
在PGA旁路的时候，输入信号直接到Δ∑ADC1，输入电流为150nA
external Reference input current为150nA的时候，也是在ADC1 输入端测得的，如下截图测试条件，这是一致的
