您好，输入时钟频率如果是100Mhz的话 ，需要DIV_EN, DIV_FRC enabled，并且Register 01h的DIV_REG = 3.都配置了吗？

我SPI输入的电压是3.3V，是不是要降到1.8V？
SPI 参考的是DVDD，而DVDD 的电压范围为1.7V~1.9V，典型值为１.８V，所以SPI 为1.8V的呢。
