Original question:
Dear TI members,
I had met a very strange phenomenon while using the DAC38J82IAAV on my design. There is 4pcs DAC38J82 IC on one board with 8 output port. After initial check, i found the ports can't output sine signal waveform with fail rate is 4ports/8port, only 4ports can output normally(2pcs IC is ok, and register log in attachment PPT).
I have done the following check.
1. Capture the internal register of DAC38J82, found there are all 0x00 inside the fail IC.
2. Using 3D X-RAY check the process of SMT, the result is pass.
3. Cross verify the fail IC and normal IC, the fail phenomenon following with fail IC
Could you provide some suggestion help me to continue analyze this question?
