已经按照手册：sclk连tx、din+dout连rx、cs接地。波特率9600到115200，用读取寄存器的指令都没有数据输出。

您是使用SPI通信协议通信的吗？ADS1256是SPI串行接口，它的通信协议是SPI通信协议，它之所以可以使用2线通信是因为当不使用DOUT时它是高阻态，可以允许DIN和DOUT连接在一起由双向总线驱动。
