TI-API: Invalid shiptoAccount Number

Hi there, 

I create order in TI Backlog API2.1 VBA Macro v1.02. And the response message in column AE and AF showed that Invalid shiptoAccount Number, 

It requested "enter a valid shiptoAccount Number and ressubmit"

-> How can I solve this problem?
