Customer SMC faced a following error on August 29th in their UAT period when he executed Order Retrieve API. Please check the reason why the following message was sent to customer on August 29th.

Hi Ryoichi, please ask customer retry and see if still the same or not. Normally this kind of system error can be gone after retry, thanks.

Hi Lecheng, Thank you for your reponse. However, Customer repeated 3 times but it was not successful. Customer wants to know how many times needed to retry to send data. Is ti OK that customer retry sending data until getting successful message?
