[FAQ] TI-API: 为什么订阅通知没有向我发送通知?

出现该问题可能有若干原因。 请检查以下各项,查看您的问题是否可以得到解决: 

1. 请确认"autosup"选项="true";

2. 如果您订购的数量大于库存数量,将不会收到通知;

3. 请检查"到期日“,确认日期并未过去;

4. 通过在库存订阅推送API页面上执行/store/subscribe/test API,确认您已连接到TIhttps://api-portal.ti.com/inventory-subscription-push-api )。如果连接成功,将会显示为为"status:accepted";
