我们按TI CSC部门要求，删除了有问题的结算信息，重新添加了新的结算信息后，人民币下单还是失败，提示“Bank Transfer payment is not applicable for your country and currency request”，麻烦帮忙看一下什么问题，我们急着使用人民币的结算方式。
