Hello team,
LANCE VEHICLE (Sold to#184107) went live on 11/20/2024 with backlog API 2.0 version. Currently, they have new EC demand and would like to know how to process.
When reviewing yaml file, the previous EC related segments are fully replaced by quote for order creation.
Customer would like to know whether quote is the only way to meet their EC demand or they can continue to set EC segments. Please clarify.
If EC segments could be supported, please provide yaml file. Thank you.
