目前我们SRM调用TI接口(正式系统),速度非常慢,同时调用也经常报错,针对此问题,我们采购部门在处理TI的业务(不管是提交PO订单还是获取TI相关单据)时,每天花的时候比较多(感到非常痛苦),对此我们也做了相关检查:
网络检查:运行一来,我们的网络非常稳定;
SRM检查:检查发现获取TOKEN失败;
现在需要您帮忙检查TI接口是否稳定,TI的网络是否稳定?

From customer screenshot i could see the function call should be their system internal call before making API CALL to TI endpoint. I've checked from our Splunk log and i am not seeing any TI API get token failed message for LONGHORN in past 30 days, the token referred by customer probably not our API token.
The API gateway should be stable enough since there is no similar concerns raised from others. I would suggest them to use any API tool( Insomnia or postman) and make test or prod call directly instead of using VSCODE running their own script and validate whether the issue is truly on TI traffic or not, thanks.
