Customer loaded the order to TI test environment on the afternoon of 6/14/2024, but it always pops up "pending" status without any TI SD#. Would you please verify whether there is any system connectivity issue on TI side? If yes, please advise when it will be fixed as it seriously impact the remaining testing. The project should be go live by 6/27/2024. Thank you.

As of 6/17/2024 12:20am, we're still unable to create SD# in SI4. Please help recheck and get back to us by 6/17/2024 if possible. This customer must complete all the tests by this Wednesday. Thank you.

I got the information from global team that all "successful" sandbox backlog orders began going to PENDING status on Thursday at 3pm dallas time.
Also, I have highlighted the urgency of this request. I'm checking more details with them. Will keep you updated. Thanks.
