Customer stated they're unable to view client ID & client secrete for Backlog API suite, could you please update the current status? If it is still being reviewed on TI side, please help get it completed by 6/19/2024 if possible. If any additional information is required, please get back to customer directly and loop Maka Luo (TI TSR), Hazel Song & Bella Zhu. Thanks.

We arranged the online discussion on the afternoon of CN time 6/19/2024 2:45pm, customer only could view API key for TI store even though he has already enabled backlog API suite. Please investigate.

Hi Hazel, 这家客户应该是TIStore和Backlog API共用一套clientID和secret,目前能看到客户的API suite status是approved。请问客户是否能看到他的client ID和secrect?

2. 此处“密钥" 实为backlog API ”client ID",客户点击“重新生成密钥" 会显示”client secret, 客户必须立即保存下来,30分钟后会消失。
