Dear team,
v2.0 customer TDK (sold to 186237) is under UAT but Order Push seems not to be sent.
There is output generated in sales doc with ZBA0 in SI4. and API push request in JIRA has been completed as well.
Could you please look into why Push is not being sent?
This customer needs to complete UAT this week so it would really help if you could investigate this asap. Thank you!

Hi Ayumi, we checked the Push logs and found customer sever returned failure status code 500.
