dear team,
My customer (soldto 186882) is encountering below error when trying to place their first Production PO.
It was working in test environment and they are insisting that they did switch to production endpoint and key/secret but i cannot verify because they refuse to provide the raw data with header.
Could you please look into why this error is happening?
We are really in a rush because the BMCD go live of this customer is already late and would like to receive their PO asap.
