中文：AC-DC输出9V给TPS61288电路，9V有持续波动，但是单独测试AC-DC的EMI不超限值，TPS62188输出12V，负载最大为1A，测试传导和辐射都超标，如附件。可以肯定超标是因为TPS61288电路。电路改善有什么建议吗？
English Version: output 9V from AC-DC to TPS61288, there is ripple current on the 9V. I am sure AC-DC could pass EMI test. therefore, I am sure the failure caused by TPS61288, which output 12V and 1A. both CE and RE exceed the limit. any solution proposal on circuit diagram?
