TI-API: How many seconds will 1 API call take?

Hi team,

I got a question from customer who is developing backlog API v2.1 now.

According to them every time they create a quote, it takes 30 seconds for us to send back the response.

Will it take this much time in production as well?

Yes, it's a normal case to take around 30 seconds to get the response. and it would be similar in production as well.

But it's not a fixed value, it depends on the transactions. Thank you.
