3、We attempted to change C22/C23/C20/C21/C19/C24/C25C26 to 0-ohm resistors, 1nF capacitors, and 220nF capacitors, but we were unable to identify the SSD;

4、Finally, we removed the SN75LVPE3101 driver chip and directly connected the AC-coupled capacitors C22/C23/C20/C21/C19/C24/C25/C26 with wires. Our SOC eventually recognized the SSD.

May I ask, how can the SN75LVPE3101 chip operate normally? As mentioned in the specification, what are the exact durations of Tcfg_su and Tcfg_hd in the power-up sequence shown in Fig. 5-1?

    上面的问题简言之就是:

    1、设备上电后,soc的 SATA信号经过 SN75LVPE3101后,无法识别SSD,从串口打印结果上看,物理层就是断开的。我们尝试过去掉SN75LVPE3101,用导线直连两端电容,是可以识别到SSD的;

    2、EQ增益我们也尝试设置过很多组,但都没用,因为物理层未联通;

    3、规格书中所提到的 上电时序,EN要经过多久才生效,才能让SN75LVPE3101正常工作?大家能否帮忙给出正确的上电时序时间要求?

  • For sata device only, AC cap is 10-12nf, then no FB and 50 ohm termination is needed on TX 

    please replace C25/26  with 0ohm  as well on RX2p/RX2n.

  • I followed your instructions and deleted the magnetic beads FB3 and FB4. I also changed the resistance of C25/C26 to 0 ohms. However, there was still no improvement. The SSD could not be recognized.
