CAN总线IC发送对电源有影响？

使用的CAN总线IC是SN65HVD232，测试过程中发现对3.3V有影响。3.3V是5V经过一颗LDO得来的，单片机和CAN芯片是同一路供电。

正常发送3.3V有波动，

只接收无影响：

给CAN芯片加去耦电容没有任何改善

请问TI的大神，这种情况怎么解决，还是说CAN芯片的电源得单独供电。
