当输入一个3.3v 信号时候，输出怎么才有600mv，不是应该被放大吗？COM可以悬空把。
1B输入3.3v ，1C 输出600mv。
后面接的是什么负载？如果接的是阻性负载，COM可直接悬空，如果接的是感性负载，COM需要上拉。
输出电压Vol（Vce)和输出电流的曲线关系可参考datasheet中的Figure1,2,7.
