在使用pca9535/9555时，偶尔遇到读寄存器出错，放段时间，再读状态又正常了。
怀疑，芯片自己自锁了。(lock up)
想请问，这类芯片怎么解锁，怎么防止自锁
pca9535/9555有一个共性就是POR reset， interrupt上会出现lock up 问题。
因此建议使用TCA9535/9555 来替换。 datasheet中也有相应注释：
’TCA9555 - The same functionality as the PCA9555, but with performance enhancements for power-on reset, interrupt, and lower voltage operation
