2、SN74HCT273的D管脚是输入管脚,Q是输出管脚,手册中Continuous output current 是25mA,是指的absolute maximum rating,即芯片不被损坏的值,可注意下面小字描述:Stresses beyond those listed under “absolute maximum ratings” may cause permanent damage to the device.These are stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under “recommended operating conditions” is not implied. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
是单个管脚的值,但是总的值即8个管脚的值是±50mA,8个管脚的总值不能超过±50mA,否则会损坏芯片。

SN74HCT273的CLR需要电流很小,应该是可以驱动的
