由于设备旁边交流接触器闭合断开产生干扰，会导致网络通信中断，网络通信中断发生后，读到的寄存器0x12的值一直都为0x0200，寄存器0x14的值一直都为0x00ff，请问这是一种什么样的状态，在这种状态下如何恢复到正常状态下，（此时人工插拔网线会恢复正常）
