买了两块83640的评估版，用STM32控制的1588主从时钟，一切都还顺利，可以正常运行对时

但是自己用TI给的83640的原理图画了PCB，去掉了一些功能之后做板子，再用32就控制不了，时钟芯片都不能运行了

请问是什么问题 ，附一个原理图

RXD3的下拉电阻是现在的PCB上没有的，是后来加的snlc020.pdf
