MAX3221通信乱码问题
大家好
我按照规格书推荐电路图测试，芯片12和16管脚接3.3V电压，当芯片8和13管脚接入电脑232串口时，输出电压正常，输出命令也正常。
把电脑232串口断开，芯片Dout输出电压为0
请问是什么问题？
