您好！想问下DP83620要配置为光口除了将硬件FX_EN_Z引脚通过2.2K电阻接地外，寄存器还需要进行配置吗？

我们现在电口能够正常通信，通过2.2K电阻将FX_EN_Z引脚接地，使用光口，可是光口不能通信，这是为什么？

还有就是发送端50Ω的上拉电阻是必须的吗？
