您好，BIST 模式可以通过寄存器去配置，也可以通过BISTEN 引脚去配置，在数据手册的P68有详细介绍，两种方法都可以，然后通过监测LOCK或Pass引脚的高低电平去判断FPD ｌｉｎｋ链接是否没问题，是否有BIST error发生。
