TCAN1145-Q1: 发送读取寄存器指令，读取的值恒为0

After powering on, the instruction to read the 0x10 register is directly sent. The first byte of the waveform returned by TCAN1145 is 0xE0 (50h register), and the second byte is always 0. This is also true when trying to read other registers. SPI set CPOL 0，CPHA 0，Speed less than 4M.Please help explain why the value of the register cannot be read. Thanks
