 One of the hypothesis from reading your scenario is the the signal quality is not really good causing the PHY degrade the speed.

Here are couple questions I would like to ask:

• When you said force PC to 1000Mbpas and 100mbps mode. How did you force the speed?
• If possible, could you share the schematic on the MDI side for us to take a look? We also have schematic checklist hope this is useful for you

您好，美国工程师的意思电路中没有看到PHY和RJ45之间的隔离，建议按照下面的推荐电路连接MDI。

另外，这几个电阻的阻值为多大？建议参考上述checklist review电路。

您好，目前分析下来建议将这几个3.9ohm电阻去掉试试，这几个电阻可能会由于传输线的阻抗不匹配降低信号质量，影响1Gbps性能。
