你好，硬件配置和软件配置的优先级是那个？
目前硬件配置好了，但是上电以后,100Base-FX Enable显示的是0，这个口写的是RW，Strap。
所以想问一下，硬件配置和软件配置的优先级，硬件已经配置好了，但是光口没有使能。谢谢。

100Base-FX Enable 这bit 类型为R/W,strap. 意思可通过配置寄存器的这bit 读写，也可以通过strap pin 配置。
使能光口可以硬件模式，也可以通过这bit 使能，如果硬件配置已经使能光口了，这里不需要再配置了。

我理解的是看硬件， 也就是说上电时寄存器的初始化值为strap 的配置。
您这里读取为0，我认为可能是strap 这里配置的不对。
