Voltage-Level Translator的A port Vol可以参考数据表，例如TCA9617B数据表6.5 Electrical Characteristics的VOLA，MAX是0.4V, 不受受B port Vol影响。
TCA9617B不是Voltage-Level Translator，是 Repeater，repeater 的A port Vol不受B port Vol影响。
Voltage-Level Translator的A port Vol受B port Vol影响吗？
比如，TCA9409，VolA max0.4V，但是我不确定VolA <0.4V时，是否对B port端有要求，比如上拉电阻和漏电流。

是的，按照TEST CONDITIONS，需要VIB小于015V时，可以满足VolA max0.4V
