The DP159 can be used a DP/eDP re-timer, please see this app note, https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slla358/slla358.pdf. But do they need a re-timer or can they use TDP142 re-driver for this design?
In the current design, DP159 is used as a re-timer for eDp;our Video Timing is;we use edp 4 lane 5.4Gbps;dp159 should be sufficient for our design, right?
