芯片数据手册第5章Switching Characteristics中有不同电压间转换延迟定义（Propagation delay），可以通过此指标在理论上预估（请注意此指标的测试条件）。
从”5.9 Switching Characteristics, VCCA = 1.2 ± 0.1V“可见，VCCB为1.8V和3.3V的最大延迟为12ns(大约80MHZ).

可以的。主要是利用GND的大面积敷铜来散热。
