IOL和IOH是输出电流的能力吧，如上图，4脚的输入电流最大是多少？
您好，Ioh和Iol分别指的输出端为高电平时，流出输出端的电流（source）和输出为低电平时流入输出端的电流（sink current）大小。代表的是它的驱动能力，我们规定，source current为负值，这里的负号代表的方向，所以您看到Ioh的电流均为负值，sink 电流为正值，代表的是流入。
所以4脚在Vcc=5V时的流入电流最大为8mA。
