您好，一般加buffer的目的是为了增强驱动能力。SN74LVC2G17在3.3V的时候，输出电流为24mA。
SN74LVC2G17是带施密特触发器的，对于输入信号能起到消除输入端干扰的作用不
施密特触发器能实现将正弦波输入实现方波输出的特性。
DSP是数字输入，所以要求方波输入，只有逻辑高和逻辑低。这应该是加buffer的主要原因。
