是的，11.1部分的介绍是不用的输入建议接VCC或者GND避免悬空。

当DIR固定，方向单一时，我还是建议输出接地，参考下面关于unused IO的FAQ：

A： 这句话的意思是输出可以悬空除非器件是个收发器（因为通常输出引脚可以直接悬空，而对于收发器来说，IO既可以当输入也可以当输出，所以不建议直接悬空）。

如果收发器有输出使能引脚，当使能端有效时，输出将disable。但是此时输入并没有disable。所以即使disable了输出，但是输入并未disable的前提下，不能直接悬空。

您好，是的，不管DIR方向如何，不用的输入输出端都接地就好。

其实输入输出都接GND防止悬空这是最保险的做法。 悬空就意味着不确定电平，当然一般来说作为输出端悬空处理基本上没什么问题。

但是对于这类IO既可以作为输入，又可以作为输出的器件来说，都将其下拉到固定的电平是最保险的。
