Hello please refer to HD3SS3411 which has a bandwidth of 7.5 GHz, and it is used for FPD Link, LVDS, PCIE Gen II, III, XAUI and USB3.1.

Please check the IO voltage if it meets your requirement , the bandwidth should be enough for your application.

you mean 4PDT which indicates 4 channel with SPDT differential high speed switch?

what is difference between "differential switch" and "Analog switches "

Differential switch could be used for switch differential signal, it also belongs to analog switch.

In addition, analog switch could be also used to switch digital signal, "Analog" just means that all voltages between GND and V_CC can be switched. Analog switch is also fine for digital signals.
