LSF0101: In actual use, the maximum transmission rate described in the manual cannot be reached

Part Number: LSF0101

Hi all.

The 30pF load and 250 ohm pull-up resistor described in the specification can achieve a transmission rate of 100Mbps.

In actual use, it is found that the voltage conversion from 1.8V to 3.3V under the load condition of 30pF and 250 ohms can only reach about 2.2V when the input signal is 100Mbps. When the input signal drops to 40Mbps, a relatively complete 3.3V high level can be output.

Does the maximum transmission rate described in the specification not take into account the integrity of the signal?

In order to fully transmit the signal, does the maximum rate need to be calculated according to this formula?

thanks
