实际上，它正在按预期运行。
对于较新的型号(LM2903B)，当超过规格(如电源电压或输入电压)时，输出被强制为电源电压的1/2，以指示错误。
LM2903系列的最大输入电压为 Vcc-2V，或5V 电源的3V。
您必须对其中一个输入应用3V 以上的电压(假设为5V Vcc)。

将输入降低到3V 以下，输出应按预期工作。 实际设备不会达到1/2的供电。
