只要电流限制在10mA 以下、就不应发生损坏。 但是、如果这是一种预期频繁发生的情况、我们通常建议将电流限制在1mA 以下。 1mA 限值只是一条经验法则、有助于确保器件在其寿命期间不会发生故障。
