是的、您可以在绝对最大值表中看到、85°C 是绝对最大环境工作温度、因此实际裸片温度会更高一些。 只要遵守环境温度限制、在正常工作条件下、芯片温度就不会出现问题。
我们没有任何热阻数据、因为该器件采用没有散热焊盘的 QFN 封装。
