关于 TAS5719音频功率放大器(S-PQFP 封装)的焊料模板和阻焊层、是否建议使用穿孔(阻焊层)以防止焊料流入多个通孔(如 TI 建议)？ TI 建议使用12-13mil 的过孔直径以及特定的热焊盘尺寸与 TAS5719上的热敏电阻焊盘接合。 帐篷能否承受部件下方的焊料回流并防止焊料流入过孔？
