根据我自己的经验、泄漏电流通常在典型值内。 在较高的温度下、寄生泄漏通常会更严重。
请记住、当采样+保持电容器充电时、泄漏电流不会覆盖引脚上的浪涌电流。 采样期间的浪涌电流可能大于泄漏电流。
